The Processing Phase Please note that during peak seasons or major sale events (when the servers are busy!), processing times might fluctuate. These dates are our "best-case scenario" averages. Some items might need a little more (or less) time to be perfectly baked. Don't worry, though—order ASAP, and we’ll do our best to deliver your goodies on time.
The "Unexpected Glitches" (Exceptions) Our estimated arrival date is pretty smart, but it can’t predict everything. It does not account for:
Weather Bosses: Mother Nature sometimes has her own lag.
Carrier Hiccups: Shipping or vendor service disruptions.
Military Bases: APO/FPO orders traveling through the MPSA system.
The "Wrong Address" Bug If the shipping carrier flags your address as "insufficient" or incorrect, the package will bounce back to the JELLYGEEK lab. This will definitely cause a delay in your delivery. To avoid this system error, please double-check your coordinates before hitting "Confirm"!
Lost in the Data Stream? If the tracking info shows your shipment was lost in transit, contact JELLYGEEK immediately (or at least within 30 days). We’ll "respawn" your order by shipping a replacement or refunding your money. We’ve got your back!
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with it, we accept 30 days refund. Please feel free to contact us at support@jellygeek.com. We will try our best to meet your request.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings.
Customized product can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
Jellygeek is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.
Please note we cannot provide any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button hardware damage.
Please note orders that are returned back to us due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, attempted deliveries, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt, any shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.
How Do I Make A Return?
Sign into your Jellygeek User Account.
Email us (support@jellygeek.com) pictures showing the problem/defect.
Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Jellygeek hangtags, attached. Customized product can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Shipping Fee:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Kind reminder: Returns cannot be processed without prior return authorization through our Returns Portal or by email at support@jellygeek.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, not eligible for dispute or charge back, and may not be shipped back to the customer except in special circumstances at the customer's expense.
Exchange policy: All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
